These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HoursBack website and services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
HoursBack provides AI workflow assessment services for small business owners. Our core service includes a pre-call questionnaire, a 45-minute diagnostic Zoom call, and a custom AI workflow report delivered within 48 hours.
We also provide free resources including an AI readiness quiz, blog content, and a prompt library. These are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice.
Booking and payment
When you book an assessment, you agree to pay the fee displayed at the time of booking (currently £799). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and a link to the pre-call questionnaire.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled session at no extra charge. To reschedule, email us at hello@hoursback.co.uk.
Satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all assessments. If you feel the assessment was not useful to your business, contact us within 14 days of receiving your report and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
Cancellations
You may cancel your booking at any time before the assessment call takes place. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be offered a rescheduled date.
Intellectual property
All content on the HoursBack website - including text, design, graphics, and code - is owned by HoursBack and protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Your assessment report is for your personal and business use only. You may share it with your team, but you may not resell, republish, or distribute it commercially.
Limitations
Our assessment provides recommendations and a roadmap based on the information you share with us. We do not guarantee specific results, time savings, or financial outcomes. The effectiveness of the recommendations depends on your implementation.
HoursBack is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, services, or recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Affiliate links and third-party tool recommendations
Our website, quiz results, assessment reports, and other content may contain links to third-party tools and services. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means HoursBack may receive a commission or referral fee if you sign up or make a purchase through them. This does not affect the price you pay for any third-party product or service.
Affiliate revenue helps us keep the cost of our assessment services as low as possible for our clients.
All tool recommendations are based on our independent assessment of your business needs. We are not paid by any third-party provider to recommend their product, and the inclusion of affiliate links does not influence which tools we recommend. Alternative providers are always available, and we encourage you to evaluate any tool independently before purchasing.
HoursBack is not responsible for the quality, reliability, availability, or performance of any third-party tool or service we recommend. Your use of any third-party tool is subject to that provider’s own terms of service and privacy policy. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from your use of a recommended tool, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or failure to achieve expected time savings.
The time savings and productivity improvements described in our reports and on our website are estimates based on our experience and assessment methodology. Actual results will vary depending on your specific circumstances, the tools you choose, and the quality of your implementation. HoursBack does not guarantee any specific outcome from using recommended tools.
