Your report identified one high-ROI agent opportunity and you want it built and handed over rather than attempting it yourself.

- Scoping call (30 min) to confirm requirements, inputs/outputs, and access
- Design and build of one custom AI agent (Claude Projects, Custom GPT, or equivalent)
- Up to 2 tool integrations (e.g. Google Drive, email, CRM — via native connector or simple API)
- Internal testing and iteration until the agent performs reliably
- Written runbook: what it does, how to use it, how to update it, what to do if it breaks
- Handover session (30 min) — walk-through of the agent live
- 30-day support window for bugs and questions after handover
What’s not included
- More than one agent (additional agents require Suite or higher)
- Automation triggers (client activates agent manually; automatic triggers require Connected)
- Ongoing maintenance after the 30-day window

Agent Build — Suite

Workflow Transformation
Largest engagementOne complete business workflow is eating your week and a piecemeal fix won't cut it. The problem is structural — multiple steps, multiple tools, possibly multiple people.
4-6 weeks
What’s included
- Discovery session (90 min): map the current workflow end-to-end, identify waste, design the future state
- Written process map: current state → future state, with specific steps to eliminate or automate
- Design and build of all agents and automations required to run the redesigned workflow
- 2-4 agents depending on workflow complexity
- Full automation backbone in Make.com or Zapier
- Team training session (90 min) — all relevant staff walked through the new workflow live
- Written runbook for the entire workflow (not just individual agents)
- Handover session (60 min) with the founder
- 60-day support window for bugs, questions, and minor adjustments post-launch
What’s not included
- Multiple workflow transformations (this engagement covers one end-to-end workflow)
- Ongoing maintenance or managed service after the 60-day window
- Staff recruitment, software procurement, or change management beyond the training session
When to choose this tier
Good fit for: client onboarding (intake to first delivery), hiring pipeline, monthly reporting, sales-to-delivery handover. The workflow involves multiple people and more than 4-5 manual steps.

The actual cost of a build scales with how many things we need to connect, how much testing is required, and how much process redesign is involved — not simply how many agents we configure. Pricing by agent count means easy clients overpay and complex clients underpay. These tiers are defined by what the engagement actually involves.
