How pricing works

Priced by complexity, not by agent count.

The actual cost of a build scales with how many things we need to connect, how much testing is required, and how much process redesign is involved — not simply how many agents we configure. Pricing by agent count means easy clients overpay and complex clients underpay. These tiers are defined by what the engagement actually involves.

Every engagement starts with a free scoping call. The tier in your quote is confirmed there, not assumed from the price list.
Scope is fixed at sign-off. No extras billed mid-engagement.
All build work happens in our workspace. You never share a login, password, or two-factor code.
You receive a portable handover — export files, runbooks, and a walkthrough call. You own the output from day one.
