Revenue share applies to all products bought by clients you introduce - Assessment, Team Diagnostic, and Implementation Kickstart. These percentages are fixed. They do not reduce as volume grows.
Brand risk - addressed up front. Every report passes an 11-point QA checklist before it ships. If anything would not stand up in front of your client, it does not leave us. You can also read the anonymised sample report before introducing a single client.
The one thing we do not offer is white-label. The HoursBack brand on the report is what backs the money-back guarantee. Stripping it would mean you carrying the guarantee, which is not a good deal for you.

- Volume tier. Partners who refer 3+ clients in a quarter move to Co-Delivered rates across all active clients by default. We discuss this at the 90-day check-in.
- More agent builds. Approximately 30% of Assessment clients commission a custom AI agent build (from £2,500). Same revenue share, applied to the build fee.
- Lifetime locked. Revenue share is per-client, for the life of the relationship. A return assessment, a Team Diagnostic, or an agent build 12 months later earns you the same percentage.
5 active clients with one agent build. Ceiling moves up sharply for partners who co-deliver on higher-fee engagements.
